In light of Ross’s departure, Charles Goldstuck, Chairman of the Board and a longtime member of the TouchTunes family, will assume the role of Interim CEO. Goldstuck’s history with TouchTunes spans nearly 16 years, including a prior tenure as CEO, making him uniquely positioned to lead the company during this transitional period.
