Sacoa Cashless Systems unveiled five new products at IAAPA Expo 2024, setting a new single-show record for the company. Highlights included:

• Redemption 2: This intelligent interface for redemption transactions allows attendants to serve multiple customers simultaneously, enhancing staff efficiency, speeding up operations, and boosting profits. Managed easily from any Android device, Redemption Multisession 2.0 offers convenient, remote access to the platform.

• Redemption Kiosk: Designed for self-service, the Redemption Kiosk enables customers to redeem e-tickets without waiting in line. It displays a wide array of available prizes in real-time and issues a ticket upon transaction completion, which can be exchanged for prizes with staff assistance. This innovation significantly reduces wait times and enhances customer satisfaction.

• KwikPay: Tailored for operators with small or route-based operations, KwikPay eliminates the need for cash and tokens. By enabling quick payments via QR codes on arcade games, attractions, vending machines, and other cash-dependent devices, KwikPay enhances user experience, increases revenue, and reduces maintenance costs, theft, and overall operating expenses.

• K5 Kiosk: The latest addition to Sacoa’s kiosk lineup, the K5 Kiosk allows users to purchase, recharge, and analyze their play cards in one convenient location. It features preselected promotional packages, ADA compliance, multiple language support, customizable screen sizes and cabinet graphics, and LED strip lights for enhanced visual appeal. The K5 Kiosk promises reduced lines, increased sales, lower labor costs, and decreased theft for FECs and amusement parks.

• Time Tracker: Integrating with electronic wristbands, Time Tracker sets and manages timers for time-based attractions like trampoline parks, laser tag, and soft playgrounds. The wristbands change color based on remaining time—green for active, yellow for near expiration, and red for expired—providing easy visual cues. Time Tracker’s wireless data transmission and configurable time checkpoints enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.

In addition to these new products, Sacoa proudly displayed their triple award-winning K4 Kiosk, QRPlay, Zodiac, and various in-line modules, all demonstrating the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
