July 12, 2024 - Creative Works is thrilled to announce the return of Amusement 360, the industry-leading educational event for family entertainment center (FEC) owners and operators. The upcoming event is scheduled for September 10-12 in Indianapolis and will bring together 100+ industry leaders to help them grow their businesses.
Building on the record breaking success of April’s event, this Amusement 360 will feature an impressive lineup of 16 expert speakers, 3 in-depth interviews with highly successful operators, and 3 panel discussions with thought leaders from across the amusement industry.
These sessions will provide invaluable insights, strategies, and practical advice to help attendees elevate their businesses to new heights.
The theme for this year's Amusement 360 is HERO, celebrating the integral role FEC operators play in creating spaces where people can celebrate, escape, and forge lasting memories together. Recognizing that customers are more than just numbers on a spreadsheet, this year's event will emphasize the profound impact that smiles, emotions, and memories have on the industry, with profits viewed as a natural byproduct of these meaningful connections.
The event’s keynote presentation will feature a returning favorite, Scott Harvey. Scott is a former FBI-trained hostage negotiator who shares powerful stories from his career to educate attendees on the value of effective communication skills with employees and customers.
