January 24, 2024 - Creative Works, a leading manufacturer of location-based entertainment attractions, recently installed laser tag and mini golf experiences at the new Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The laser tag arena is themed to look like an ancient serpent temple. The integrated technology and story-driven experience provide guests an engaging and memorable adventure. The 4,100 square foot, 2-level arena features interactive props, larger-than-life murals, and an immersive launch room that includes a custom briefing video starring Drew Brees himself.
The Louisiana-themed mini golf course features massive, detailed black light props, Creative Works’ patented Electric Edging, and projection mapping that brings the French-Quarter and Voodoo theming to life. The combination of these innovative technologies creates an immersive experience that enhances the mini golf gameplay.
“The team at Surge Entertainment continues to open amazing venues, and we’re proud to be a part of their attraction experience,” commented Armando Lanuti, President of Creative Works. “Forward-thinking businesses like this help us push the boundaries of what’s possible in location-based entertainment.”
The Baton Rouge location, which officially opened to guests on January 8, 2024, also offers bowling, sports simulators, arcade games, an XD dark ride, a restaurant, and a full-service bar.
