Tampa, Florida, August 28, 2023 - Strategic consultant Amusement Entertainment Management (AEM) has announced the opening of 1UP Entertainment + Social, a 26,000 square foot premium dining and entertainment venue located along North Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood section of Tampa.   The bowling-anchored venue will set a new standard for the City of Tampa by combining a premium dining experience with the most dynamic portfolio of interactive and immersive attractions available in the marketplace.

­The multi-story facility houses eight custom-illuminated bowling lanes complete with mega-media screens, golf and multi-sport simulators, axe throwing lanes, a 5D immersive motion theater attraction, globally-connected virtual reality arena, and a full portfolio of arcade games. A large part of the guest experience is tied to 1UP’s specialty bar and restaurant offerings, which combine chef-inspired creations alongside local favorites.  Tampa residents Mica and Alex Segui selected industry consultant Amusement Entertainment Management (AEM) to oversee the project’s development, including the crafting of its business case and investment strategy.
