Exciting New Offerings Coming to IAAPA Expo 2024

IAAPA ExpoORLANDO, FLORIDA - Oct. 29, 2024 – IAAPA Expo, the premier event for the global attractions industry, will feature a host of exciting new offerings for attendees this year, making it an expo like no other. In addition to a sold-out trade show floor and expansion into the North Concourse, this year’s event brings a new blend of networking experiences, innovative products, and can’t-miss education sessions.

Here's a look at what's new for IAAPA Expo 2024:

  • IAAPA ExpoLEGENDS: A Hall of Fame Celebratory Affair

This new-format event is an exclusive celebration that offers attendees a unique opportunity to rub shoulders with the visionaries, innovators, and leaders who have built the attractions industry into the global powerhouse it is today. Benefitting the IAAPA Foundation, this celebratory affair will shine a spotlight on the legends and luminaries whose extraordinary contributions have helped shape the very landscape of our attractions industry. The night will feature both a silent and live auction, fine dining, live entertainment, and recognition of past Hall of Fame members as well as the new 2024 honorees.

  • IAAPA Street Market

Located in the North Concourse, the IAAPA Street Market will feature a variety of food and beverage tastings offered by first-time exhibitors. Attendees will be able to taste first-hand the latest concepts emerging from trends in the food and beverage sector, fueling new ideas and inspiration for their own parks or facilities.

  • Attendee Lounge, Sonic's Green Chill Zone, sponsored by SEGA (N220FFG)

When your feet are exhausted after navigating 9 miles of aisles at super-sonic speed on the trade show floor or you need a mental break from the day's education, stop by the attendee lounge for a relaxing breather before heading back to the show floor or to your next EDUSession.

  • IAAPA Haunting Grounds

Also stationed in the North Concourse this year, attendees can uncover a group of exhibitors in the new Haunting Grounds area. Here, attendees will discover ways to add a Halloween-themed event to their attraction or enhance an existing experience with elements that create an even spookier and fun-filled visit.

  • Meet Oscar Sort: The AI-Powered Recycling Assistant, Sponsored by Intuitive AI

Oscar Sort is the world’s first AI-powered recycling kiosk, enhancing recycling accuracy up to 96%. How does it work? Simply show your item to Oscar, and it will seamlessly guide you to the correct disposal bin, making sustainability effortless and engaging. You will see 6 of these bins, 3 on the North Concourse and 3 on the South Concourse so make sure you stop by to meet Oscar! For the full list of IAAPA Sustainability efforts, click here.

  • Digital Signage Innovation Lab, by DSF (N220E)
