Comprehensive Embed system and redemption shop enhance the customer experience at popular venue
22nd October 2024: Bandai Namco Amusement Europe has secured a partnership with Swingers, the crazy golf club, following the successful introduction of cashless carnival-style redemption games at their West End location.
Swingers, the competitive socialising brand which has five sites across London, Las Vegas, New York and Washington DC, has introduced more than 30 games such as Skeeball, Whack-a-Mole, Ring Toss and Water Gun Fun, all enjoyed with Embed’s leading cashless payment system, along with a lively line-up of themed cocktails and delicious street food.
Bandai Namco has installed 38 readers, two Point of Service terminals with redemption and two self-service kiosks. As part of the Embed system, Swingers will make use of the supplier’s technology across its sales terminals and has a deal in place for Bandai Namco to service its games.
A redemption shop has also been set up to provide both Swingers branded merchandise along with a selection of popular items from Bandai Namco’s Prize Division.
This collaboration demonstrates the trusted position of Bandai Namco as a full-service solution provider in the location-based entertainment ecosystem, with timeless appeal to a broad spectrum of players.
Trevor Sutton, Complete Solutions Business Director at Bandai Namco Amusement Europe, said: “We’re thrilled to be involved in the launch of this creative new Carnival concept by Swingers, the crazy golf club. By providing the award-winning Embed cashless system, along with servicing, we’re not only delivering on our strategy to be the preferred one-stop provider for operators, but we’re unlocking another dimension of fun for visitors to Swingers’s latest London premises.”
Matt Grech-Smith, co-CEO at Swingers, said: “Partnering with Bandai Namco on our latest funfair-inspired experience has enabled us to take this ambitious project from idea to reality. From the drawing board to delivery, the journey has been smooth and we’ve appreciated Bandai Namco’s insight, support and delivery.”
