Jim's extensive background encompasses all facets of the industry, including manufacturing, distribution, and operations. His expertise extends to both route operations and FECs, making him a versatile and invaluable addition to the LAI Games team. Jim is renowned for his passion for cranes, redemption games, and pushers of all kinds, and has shared his knowledge through numerous seminars at prominent industry events including distributor open houses, IAAPA, Amusement Expo, Bowl Expo, and various smaller gatherings.
