Grand Rapids, MI, August 28, 2023 – AMI Entertainment is excited to announce the appointment of Kapil Mistry as the new Vice President of Product and Marketing, with duties to also oversee the advertising and data teams. Kapil brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry.
Kapil began his journey with AMI in 2007, following a successful venture in Silicon Valley. In the years that followed, he demonstrated his dynamic capabilities, taking on various roles in development and engineering. His commitment to excellence led him to delve into product management for both the music video and mobile domains.
In 2020, Kapil broadened his horizons, spearheading the camera and video subscription business at Chamberlain. Subsequently, he assumed a leadership role in product management at PerkSpot, one of the United States’ premier benefits providers.
Academically, Kapil’s credentials are equally impressive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Pune University, India, as well as an executive degree in consumer marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a product management credential from UC Berkeley, and participates in continuous learning experiences at Reforge.
