Appoints Kevin Payne Director of Mechanical Engineering

CHICAGO, IL – August 28, 2023 – Stern Pinball, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kevin Payne will be joining us as Director of Mechanical Engineering, effective immediately. In this role, Kevin will lead mechanical engineering, the whitewood lab, the model shop, and the bill of materials group.

Kevin brings strong technical leadership experience and hands-on engineering design skills. Prior to joining the studio Kevin was Director of Engineering at Axis Display Group. His career spans product development roles working on a variety of complex products, including high technology automotive components, retail display systems and relevant experience working on coin operated amusement games and slot gaming products.

Kevin’s experience managing complex development programs in fast paced manufacturing environments will enhance the studio’s ability to consistently deliver world class pinball entertainment.
