Mario Valadez, the Managing Partner of Conroe’s, started his research to find the right partner to bring their mini golf vision to life.

He had previously contracted Creative Works for a couple other attractions in their venue, so this company was at the top of his list. But he still wanted to do his proper research.

“We vetted the project for about a year and met with a few other creators,” said Valadez. “In the end, we liked the plan Creative Works presented. The design is beautiful, fun, and fits the budget we had established.”

Valadez wanted a nostalgic theme inspired by the aesthetics and pop culture of the 80s. Creative Works collaborated with Valadez and his team to create the “Blast From The Past” design. Once the design was finalized, Creative Works fabricated the attraction in their Theme Factory before shipping everything to Texas for the installation.

Valadez has received amazing guest feedback since the new mini golf attraction opened. “It’s so much fun to watch the guests and their reaction to each hole,” said Valadenz. “Older

guests ‘remember when…’ and tell their kids about their View-Master, a Game Boy, and MTV.

Overall, the new experience is incredible!” The new course has had the immediate impact Valadez and his team was hoping for.

“With our original mini golf, guests walked by not really noticing the mini golf. Now you can’t miss it!”

Conroe’s Incredible Pizza Company offers many attractions beyond mini golf, including go-karts, bumper cars, laser tag, virtual reality, and a large arcade.
