As part of the agreement, Bandai Namco has installed Embed cashless solutions in 12 of Park Holidays’ locations across England, Scotland and Wales and plans to add a further site to the list by the end of Q3. Several sites are also currently using the Red Pro stock management system.
Park Holidays operates more than 54 resorts in the UK, offering caravan, lodge and glamping breaks, and has become one of the country’s largest holiday park operators.
The sites that now use Embed have reported longer play periods, promotions and offers tailored to their loyalty, and optimise cash management and engineering time through cash shrinkage and the reduction of coin-based interactions.
Through the introduction of Red Pro, Park Holidays has also been able to manage operations more safely and make critical business decisions with clear data. This has enabled the company to make better investment decisions for the business and manage cash flow on stock and products in its prize shops.
As a result of the partnership, Park Holidays has observed an uptick in the number of guests engaging with their entertainment offering, as well as longer play and dwell times and reported increased satisfaction due to the simplicity of the payment process.
